WA Webmaster - Update for Candle In The Wind

Thanks for the great job you do!
You may want to revise your entry for the Candle In
The Wind letterbox. It is listed as being in Whatcom County with the
nearest town of Bellingham.
It is located in the Smoky Point Rest Area on I-5,
which is in Snohomish County, which is the first one North of
Marysville. Although Arlington is the closest city, Marysville is the city
you go by to get there, and should probably be the one on the list. Also,
it is the one listed in the clues for the other box at this rest
area.
As I posted yesterday, I found the Candle yesterday, and
it is doing well.
